Meet Jodi
With a passion for helping others, Jodi Avery has been meeting her community’s real estate needs since 1993. She is Keller Williams’ number one, top-grossing real estate agent in Palm Harbor for the second year in a row. Keller Williams is the largest franchise real estate company in the United States.
“As a mother of four, I know how important your house is to you and your family. The most rewarding part of my business is the relationship I build with my clients. They become an extension of my family.”
Jodi is a seasoned professional, trained in negotiations. She is dedicated to getting clients the best purchase price and the most money for their property while arming herself with integrity, honesty, and sincerity. Jodi aims to provide her clients with peace of mind knowing that a “friend” and professional is on their side, making the buying or selling process as stress-free as possible.
“I strive to do business in a way that honors God and makes my family proud.”
As a long-time resident of Pinellas County, Jodi specializes in representing residential buyers and sellers in the tri-county area of Tampa Bay but specifically in Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Trinity, Westchase and Odessa. Jodi’s belief in everything she does is motivated by the saying from one of her favorite women, Mother Teresa, who said, “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better or happier. By the living expression of God’s kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, and kindness in your smile.” In 2014, Jodi and her daughter founded the Make Kindness Count initiative. The belief that one simple and small act of kindness can change people’s lives and make a difference not only in the community we live but around the world as well.
When she is not working, you will find Jodi enjoying all that Tampa Bay has to offer – rollerblading along Bayshore Boulevard, kayaking in the Old Tampa Bay, bike rides to the beach with her kids or a game of tennis.
